Shipping policy

SHIPPING DURATION:
- Germany:
You will receive standard orders usually within 2 to 5 business days. Shortly after collection drops and in the sale it can come to longer delivery times.  As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email.


 

- Switzerland and all other Countries:
Due to the high order demand, the delivery duration is up to 3-14 working days.

VICINITY takes care and organizes imports trough customs in all countries and states but please consider that duties could be charged even if we organized everything for a delivery.

For all deliveries outside Europe, import duties may be charged (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods, and are levied once your package reaches your country. Vicinity does not withhold duties and taxes during the checkout process and cannot predict what your potential duties will be: in the event that such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to be cleared. In this case, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred. RETURNS
You can cancel orders from the EU within 14 days of receipt and return them to us of charge via DHL.
You have to cover the costs for the return.

Vicinity does not cover any costs for returns.
If there is something wrong with your product, we cover the costs for returns.
